Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 NZD. For orders under $75, a standard shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Every item is 3D printed to order, so please allow a few days for us to print, finish and pack your order before it's handed to the courier. If your order includes a personalised or larger item, it may take a little longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location within New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers and aren't guaranteed.
