How long does it take to make my order?

Every item is 3D printed to order, so please allow a few days for us to print, finish and pack your piece before it ships. If a specific order has a longer lead time, we'll let you know at checkout or by email.

 

Do you ship outside New Zealand?

Right now we ship within New Zealand only. We're a small, made-to-order business and we're focusing on getting the local experience right before expanding further.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 NZD. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout.

 

Can I personalise an item with my own text or design?

Yes! Many of our pieces can be personalised with names, dates or custom text. Add your details in the personalisation field at checkout, or get in touch with us if you have something more specific in mind.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each piece is printed to order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. We'll always do our best to help, but once printing has started we may not be able to make changes.

 

What materials do you use, and how do I care for my piece?

Our pieces are 3D printed using quality PLA filament. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged direct sunlight and high heat (such as a hot car or windowsill in summer), keep it away from water where the product isn't intended to hold moisture, and wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
